MockUp: Tyra's Wish

"Tyra's Wish Mockup" is a meticulous project where I was tasked with bringing Thomas Woodring's score to life through digital means. Given the original sheet music, I notated each note in Logic Pro and carefully edited the MIDI instruments to capture the intended dynamics and expressive details written in the score.

This project involved a deep dive into the subtleties of musical interpretation, requiring a keen ear and attention to detail to ensure that the digital rendition faithfully represented Woodring's artistic vision. By adjusting velocity, articulation, and other MIDI parameters, I aimed to create a mockup that not only sounded realistic but also conveyed the emotional depth of the original piece.

Working on "Tyra's Wish Mockup" allowed me to hone my skills in digital music notation and MIDI editing, as well as develop a greater appreciation for the nuances of orchestral scoring. This project showcases my ability to translate traditional sheet music into a high-quality digital format, demonstrating both technical expertise and a sensitivity to musical expression.
